Prop Firm Cost Calculator: How Much Does It Cost to Get Funded?

The price on the sales page is the cost of one try. Many traders need more than one. Enter a pass rate and see the expected cost to get one funded account, firm by firm.

Disclosure: some links on this page are affiliate links. If you buy through them I may earn a commission, at no extra cost to you.

Risk warning: most traders fail prop firm evaluations, and fees are usually not refunded. Only pay fees you can afford to lose. This calculator is an illustration of fee math, not a forecast of your results or income. Nothing here is financial advice.

Calculate your expected cost

Promos end without notice. List is the safer plan.

Default 33%: I pass about 1 in 3 (50+ evaluations bought, 15+ passed). Many traders do worse (Earn2Trade's own page shows 8.89% passed in 2025), so try 10–20% too.

Only used for plans billed monthly. Slow passes cost extra months.

Applies to the plan you selected. Blank means: firm's sourced reset fee, or a full re-buy if none is sourced.

Paid once, when you get funded.

Side by side at this size, cheapest expected cost first

Firms where we have a live link and a sourced fee. Same pass rate and price setting as above. Plans without a sourced fee are left out, not guessed.

"List" is the firm's regular price; "promo" is a sale price shown on the firm's site on the checked date and may be gone. Euro prices are not converted. Reset and activation fees are only counted where a source states them; a dash means no sourced reset fee, so the full price is used for each retry. Fees shown are on the checked dates, so the checkout price is the one that counts. Sources marked "firm site" are the firm's own pages; "third-party" means a comparison or review site, not confirmed by the firm.

How the calculation works

  1. Expected attempts = 1 ÷ pass rate. At 33% that's about 3 attempts. At 20% it's 5.
  2. First attempt costs the full price (times the months you expect it to take, on monthly plans).
  3. Each retry costs the reset fee where the firm sells one and we have a source, otherwise a full re-buy.
  4. Activation fee, if any, is added once.

It's an average, not a promise: you could pass first time or fail ten times. It does not include market data, platform or commission costs, payout fees, taxes, or any refund a firm may give back after payouts. Pass rate is also a guess about you. It depends on your edge and on how well the firm's drawdown and consistency rules fit how you trade. For more on that, see the cheapest challenges guide and trailing vs end-of-day drawdown.
