FundedNext Review (2026)

A firm I genuinely like and trade right now, on its futures side. FundedNext Futures has low entry prices (see the current prices below), end-of-day drawdown on every plan, and a plan for every trading style. Its CFD Stellar 2-Step is also easier and cheaper than FTMO's.

Verdict: I like FundedNext a lot, and it's where I trade futures right now. FundedNext Futures gives you end-of-day drawdown on every plan, up to a 95% split on Flex, and low entry prices: its Flex 50K shows $74.99 (list $141.99) on fundednext.com/futures as of October 2026. On the CFD side, the Stellar 2-Step beats FTMO's on target (8% vs 10%) and price. The one thing to know: it hasn't paid me yet, and its public payout reports have gone quiet, so get a first payout before you scale up.

My experience with FundedNext

FundedNext Futures prices and deals

This is where FundedNext stands out. FundedNext runs promotions, so the price shown can change. On fundednext.com/futures in October 2026 the Flex 50K shows $74.99 against a struck-through list price of $141.99. The FAQ on the same page says "starts at $69.99", so sources differ.

Flex$74.99 (list $141.99)$144.99 (list $273.99)$259.99 (list $490.99)95%
RapidOnly the Rapid 25K price ($99.99) is confirmed; check the firm's page for other sizes90%

Source: fundednext.com/futures, checked 23 October 2026. Promotions change, so the checkout price is the one that counts.

How that compares: a Flex 50K at $74.99 is listed as a one-time fee, unlike Topstep's 50K ($49 a month plus a $149 activation fee). At my one-in-three pass rate, three Flex attempts at $74.99 come to about $225 to get funded.

Which plan to pick: the 2-Step

The 2-Step has the biggest static drawdown (10%), the most daily room (5%), a lower first target than FTMO (8% vs 10%), and a refund of the fee is possible, but terms vary. The 1-Step costs more and leaves only 6% of drawdown and 3% a day. Lite is cheaper, but you give up 2% of drawdown.

If you're choosing between FundedNext's 2-Step and FTMO's, see FTMO vs FundedNext.

What getting funded costs

At my overall pass rate of roughly one in three:

Plan (100K)Price3 attemptsLess refund on the passing one
Stellar 2-Step$549.99~$1,650~$1,100 net if the refund applies
Stellar Lite$399.99~$1,200~$800 net if the refund applies

FundedNext runs frequent discounts, so real prices are often lower.

Payouts and the 24-hour claim

FundedNext says nearly all payouts (it claims 99.99%) are processed within 24 hours, and it has advertised a written 24-hour guarantee with compensation if it misses. That's a strong promise, but it's the firm's own claim. Two things to weigh against it:

It hasn't paid me yet, so I can't confirm the 24-hour claim myself. If you buy, a small first account and an early payout is the cheapest way to check it.

FundedNext Futures plans

This is the side of FundedNext I trade. Every plan uses end-of-day trailing drawdown, the type I'd buy on any futures firm, and you can pick the payout rhythm that suits you:

PlanSplitPayoutsNote
Flex95%After 5 benchmark daysLow entry price: $74.99 for 50K (October 2026)
Rapid Daily90%DailyDaily loss limit ($1,000 on 50K)
Rapid Pro90%Every 3 daysConsistency rule applies once funded
Legacy80%After 5 benchmark daysUp to 50% of profit per payout

Futures payout caps differ by plan and size, and Flex and Rapid accounts are reported to close after 5 payouts. Sources conflict on several numbers. Check before buying.

Bots and EAs

FundedNext allows EAs and bots in both the challenge and funded stages, but bans commercial "challenge-passing" bots, caps capital at $300K per unique strategy, and doesn't allow automation on cTrader or Match-Trader. (Firms that allow bots.)

Pros and cons

Pros

  • Static drawdown on every Stellar plan
  • 8% first target, lower than FTMO's 10%
  • 2-Step fee refundable (terms vary)
  • Usually cheaper than FTMO at the same size
  • Huge user base (~77,000 Trustpilot reviews, ~4.5)
  • CFD and futures under one roof

Cons

  • Hasn't paid me yet
  • Public payout reporting stopped after Feb 2026
  • 2-Step first payout only after 21 days
  • Daily loss counts floating losses
  • 1-Step and Lite refund terms are less clear (sources differ)
  • Many plans, and sources conflict on details

Who FundedNext is for

A good fit: futures traders who want end-of-day drawdown at low prices, and forex and gold traders who want an easier, cheaper 2-Step with static drawdown. Start with a smaller account and get a first payout before you scale.

Not a good fit: traders who want the most proven payout record. FTMO has paid me $26,138 in 2026.

FAQ

Has FundedNext paid you?

Not yet. I trade FundedNext Futures now and like the firm, but my payouts so far have come from FTMO, Lucid Trading and Crypto Fund Trader. I'll add FundedNext's certificate when it pays.

What's the cheapest way into FundedNext Futures?

The Flex plan. Its 50K shows $74.99 against a $141.99 list price on fundednext.com/futures (October 2026); the FAQ there says "from $69.99", so sources differ. Check today's deals Use code LEDGER at checkout.

Is FundedNext better than FTMO?

Easier and cheaper to pass, yes: an 8% first target and a lower price. More proven at paying, no. FTMO has paid me; FundedNext hasn't yet. See FTMO vs FundedNext.

Does FundedNext really pay in 24 hours?

That's the firm's claim, with a written guarantee it has advertised. I can't confirm it from my own payouts yet, and its public payout reports stopped after February 2026.

Which FundedNext challenge should I buy?

The Stellar 2-Step: 10% static drawdown, 5% daily limit, 8% first target, and the fee is refundable under FundedNext's terms.

Does FundedNext offer futures?

Yes, through a separate division with end-of-day trailing drawdown and four plans: Flex, Rapid Daily, Rapid Pro and Legacy.
